RnD PROJECTS
U-SOLVE
The Fly2Assess (F2A), as part of the U-SOLVE project, represents a significant advancement in the value chain of renewable energy technologies, particularly in the assessment and installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels.
This project aligns closely with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing in human safety, urban resilience, and environmental sustainability. The core technological innovation lies in the autonomous custom-built Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), to improve the efficiency and accuracy of site evaluations for PV panel installations.
EEA Norway
The EEA and Norway Grants contribute to social and economic development in ten European countries.
The AEROBUILDER is a project that aims to push the robotic cognition and navigation capabilities, enabling the operation of Cloud-connected robotic UAVs, in the un-controlled, challenging, and harsh environment of buildings under construction, and in close collaboration with construction workers, performing continuous monitoring and mapping of the construction process and automated material management processes based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) digital construction technology.
Mind 4 Machines
The M4M project aims to facilitate the cross-sectoral support needed by manufacturing SMEs to validate and adopt cross-cutting digital technologies provided by SMEs and start-ups, particularly by addressing the entire digitalization value chain holistically, combining manufacturing and novel, disruptive solutions in ICT.
SecurIT
The ultimate goal of the SecurIT project is to address multiple key gaps by supporting the development and the integration of innovative security solutions in a new global competitive industrial (and service) value chain, based on the integration and use of disruptive security solutions into security systems and the integration of legal & ethical constraints at all steps of maturity.
IN-Transit
The participation of VERTLINER in the IN-TRANSIT project, represents a significant advancement for data sharing and manufacturing of new elevator systems.
IN-TRANSIT is strengthening the resilience of textile, aerospace, and construction SMEs to transition towards greener and more digital sectors with social and business innovation. The research and development leading to these results has received funding from the European Union Horizon Europe Program “IN-TRANSIT project” under Grant Agreement 101091494.
